Excellent FBO. Very friendly and helpful throughout the day. I got stuck here due to weather at 22:00, and they loaned me a car for the night and helped set up a hotel. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Nothing comes to mind at the current time. Overall project went very smooth, communication was daily or as required, labor and component pricing was fair. During regular shop visits and unexpected drop-ins, the technical staff was active and working on our aircraft, visual shop aesthetics was as expected from a client's perspective (clean and well organized). My hat is off to Jim a CSR at Cutter. I decided to stop overnight in ABQ for weather due to weather concerns, He recommended to me a hotel, got a room for me at the Cutter rate, and drove me to the hotel. He said that either he or another CSR would pick me up in the morning and I can get back on my way home. These people are real class. Cutter has my unqualified endorsement.

I flew to McKinney to take a very special young lady up for a sightseeing and aerial photography tour. Everyone at Cutter could not have possibly been more accommodating, nice or hospitable. The young lady and her mom were treated like royalty. If you have GA needs in the north Texas/north Dallas area, this is the airport and FBO you need to check out before any of the others. Easy, fast access to Dallas and a world-class FBO.
